Tea Sipping Saturday is a monthly virtual wellness check-in grounded in the PIES model: Physical, Intellectual, Emotional, and Spiritual wellbeing. Bring your favorite cup of tea and unwind with us. Confirmation details will be emailed upon registration.

The TRS Boston Men's Group provides a safe, empowering space to explore wellness and brotherhood. Our weekly sessions support men in navigating life’s challenges while building a strong, positive community. The PIES model is woven into every session to support whole-person health.
